Applications are sought for the role of
Men’s Senior XV Team Manager
REPORTS TO: Chair of Player and Coach Development
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• To be responsible for the day to day administration and organisation of the County Men’s Senior XV including scheduling, logistics and travel.
• Working with the County Coaches, manage all playing squad match day requirements including the pitch side technical area for all matches.
• Work closely with competition organisers of the RFU to understand and ensure the Senior Men’s XV representing the County comply with all RFU competition regulations and with World Rugby Regulations.
• Deliver an effective off field player management and support structure for all players and their families.
• Establish strong links with the County Clubs and Player Development age grade pathway managers to identify players who are able and capable of supporting the County’s senior XV County programme.
• The duties and responsibilities outlined above are not exhaustive and the post holder may be required to undertake additional duties to meet the needs of the organisation.

• Knowledge of potential Club players eligible to represent the County in the RFU Bill Beaumont County Championship
• Excellent organisational and administration skills
• Positive attitude and good communication skills • Commitment to delivering a high quality of work
• Confident and tenacious personality, with a strong attention to detail
• Ability to work part of a team and to work independently
• Full driving license
